Dale teaches classes for both potential Real Estate agents - those interesting in earning their license - as well as continuing education courses for active Real Estate professionals.

Dale Washburn is an experienced teacher of Real Estate, with years of experience in Real Estate Education! He is a principal in the Middle Georgia Institute for Real Estate (MGIRE) which provides

• classroom,
• online, and
• onsite training

for potential and active Real Estate professionals.

Dale has taught hundreds of real estate professionals in Macon & Middle Georgia over the years.

Many of his real estate licensing courses are taught at Macon State College. He is also available to teach additional real estate continuing education courses that are approved by The Georgia Real Estate Commission.
