Dale Washburn is a teacher and speaker on Real Estate and Life issues. He is the Principal Broker of Washburn & Associates, a full service real estate brokerage and consulting firm in Macon, Georgia, and a principal in the Middle Georgia Institute for Real Estate (MGIRE) which provide classroom, online, and onsite training for potential and active Real Estate professionals.

Experience

Dale has extensive experience teaching Real Estate, having taught hundreds of real estate professionals in middle Georgia over the years - in fact, Dale taught many of the other Real Estate teachers in Middle Georgia.

Real Estate Courses

Many of his real estate licensing courses are taught at Macon State College. He is available to teach other real estate continuing education courses that are approved by The Georgia Real Estate Commission. Dale's Career

He has enjoyed an award-winning, multifaceted career in real estate. in fact, Dale was the Middle Georgia Realtor of the Year in 1994, and was named the Georgia Realtor of the Year in 2004. He is known for a fast paced, interesting, humorous style coupled with a broad range of experience that is enjoyed by his students.

Speaker on a variety of topics

Dale is also available as a speaker for civic groups and can speak on a variety of topics. He is knowledgeable about real estate and local community growth issues. As a veteran Adult Sunday School teacher and lay speaker, he is also happy to speak on inspirational topics relative to personal success and happiness.
